Our Story

Since 2002, I have dedicated myself to the art of professional, luxury stationery, as well as nonprofit charitable work. What began as a passion for exquisite paper goods in 2002, evolved into building a wedding invitation brand trusted by over 400+ retail outlets and featured in premier publications like Martha Stewart Weddings and InStyle Magazine. My first stationery business was acquired in 2012 by an international firm. I then turned my focus to charitable nonprofit work to empower others when they need it most.

In 2022, after having Covid, I became disabled with Long Covid symptoms. I have fortunately been able to continue my primary work in the nonprofit sector. 

Also, in 2026, I started Hope Spencer Notes to retail online as a Mail Club & Greeting Card designer/supplier rooted in hope & encouragement. I'd personally experienced the joys of connections made with other wonderful women through Happy Mail and Postcrossing hobbies.

Hope Spencer Notes, originally created for women who give so much to everyone else that they sometimes forget they deserve encouragement too, offers thoughtfully designed greeting cards, happy mail, and meaningful paper goods created to help people feel remembered, supported, and seen. 

My Mail Club is a subscription based service that sends lovely, fun greeting cards, handwritten notes of hope, tiny letters, coordinating stickers and other item.

Today, through Hope Spencer Notes, my for purchase product collections on Etsy specialize in high-end, professional designs, featuring signature gold-foil accents and custom pattern-printed elements. Every piece is crafted with a soft, elegant aesthetic, inspired by the belief that a beautifully made note can elevate an interaction and truly change someone’s day.
